This project brings together a constellation of events featuring innovative and inspiring scholars, artists, activists, and thought leaders who explore, imagine, and think critically about food studies.
Princeton Food Project is excited to bring a series of public events in Fall 2022-Spring 2023, including a Farm-to-Table Event with an Iron Chef and local farmers to discuss farm-to-table practice, the challenges of soil restoration, and the ethics of shellfish consumption, as well as lecture events from noted scholars and practitioners.
