This project brings together a constellation of events featuring innovative and inspiring scholars, artists, activists, and thought leaders who explore, imagine, and think critically about food studies.
Princeton Food Project is excited to bring a series of public events in Fall 2022-Spring 2023, including a Farm-to-Table Event with an Iron Chef and local farmers to discuss farm-to-table practice, the challenges of soil restoration, and the ethics of shellfish consumption, as well as lecture events from noted scholars and practitioners. Please stay tuned and revisit this website for more details.
